The mission of the International Trends and Services facet is to expand the global platform for programs designed and developed to service the educational, health and cultural needs of women, children and men in worldwide using a “boots on the ground” approach to delivering personalized service.

AMOS OKRAH SCHOOL
THE PHOENIX CHAPTER OF THE LINKS INC. DONATES 15 COMPUTERS TO GHANA SCHOOLS
A neophyte Link and her Connecting Link to travel to Ghana to supervise the procurement, transport, installation and staff education maximized the chapter’s donation to the project. They are both Electrical Engineers and these skills will be invaluable in sustaining the project and promoting computer literacy.
The project is featured in the GHANA REVIEW INTERNATIONAL magazine – Issue 114. This is a leading magazine on Ghana www.ghanareview.com. Kingsley Antwi Boasiako authors: “The Phoenix Chapter of The Links Incorporated Donates Computers to Amos Okrah Schools.”
Our chapter is committed to reducing the digital divide in Africa. Establishing science and computer labs at our adopted schools are goals for the Phoenix Chapter. Fifteen computers with color monitors were donated to the Amos Okrah Schools at Sakora Wonoo in the Ashanti Region. The Capital of the Ashanti Region, Kamasi is the second-largest city in Ghana.
