The Links, Incorporated implements aligned, integrated and transformational programs that are responsive to the academic, health, cultural, social awareness, career development, and mentoring needs of youth. The Services to Youth facet uses an integrated approach to prepare young people to succeed as healthy citizens in the global workforce and to promote healthy lifestyles within families and communities.

Phoenix Chapter initiative within the Services to Youth Facet include:

• A Book of My Own book donation program | Community Partners: Reading is Fundamental; and Bernard Black Elementary School.

• ACT/SAT Test Prep Program for high school juniors and seniors

• NSBE Jr. Chapter| STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education Initiative | Community Partner: National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Arizona State University Chapter

• HBCU Scholarships for college-bound students interested in attending a historically-black college or university located within the Links’ Western Area.

• The Living History Program | Mentoring and career development program. | Community Partners: Phoenix Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc., and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Gamma Mu Boule of Phoenix
